What Communities Need to Know about Local Food Security
Community representatives overseeing local food systems and security represent the “long-view” of sustainable systems. They could be local Community Development Corporate board members (CDC), land trust educators, government agency representatives (such NOAA fisheries), land grant university professors, local USDA representatives, or land-based learning representatives.
